So, Madden 09 on August 12. Time to get way too excited and set myself up for disappointment! This is my favorite tradition of the year.
Apparently there's a 20th anniversary edition that includes NFL Head Coach 09 and a bunch of other bullshit. Sounds great, right? Wrong! Guess how much this costs? 89.99! And that's American, so I'm sure they'll jack it up another five bucks up here. I'm not going to call it highway robbery, because you do get two games. Expressway robbery? Freeway robbery maybe? Either way, I probably won't buy Madden first day, maybe not at all if it doesn't impress me.

You said not at all in your post. I want to see if you truly are a man of his word or you are simply a fool who has verbal diarrhoea.
I'm going to put the limit at one year, until the next one comes out. To fill any loopholes:
1. You cannot own Madden 09 at all, in any form, on any console, PC, mobile device, or hand held game system (Gameboy, PSP, Nintendo DS, or any others).
2. Madden 09 cannot be gifted to you, you cannot ask for it as a gift, it cannot be donated to you, purchased for you by another person.
3. You cannot receive the game in exchange for for sexual favours [because i think you will be that desperate].
4. You cannot steal Madden 09 or have someone steal it for you.
5. I will allow you to rent Madden 09 one (1) time, but it must be returned by the due date, and I must see the receipt.
5A. You cannot rent Madden 09, keep it for an extended amount of time then return it.
5B. Madden 09 can only be rented one(1) time from only one(1) establishement.
5C. You cannot rent Madden 09 one time from multiple locations.
6. Madden 09 cannot be rented for you.
7. Madden 09 can not be
"accidently" left at your house.
8. You cannot borrow Madden 09.
9.You also cannot own NFL Head Coach 09 because it is affiliated with Madden 09.
The whole idea of this it to in place restrictions on how often you can play Madden 09, therefore forcing you to crack and buy Madden 09. If you somehow manage to last one(1) full year without possessing, it will still be entertaining to watch you suffer.
At the end of said one(1) year period, should you not buy Madden 09, nor have it in your possession longer than the given rental period, I WallyMS, hereby declare I will purchase one(1) XBOX 360 game of your choice*.
However should you fail to comply to any of the above conditions, you will have to buy me a XBOX 360 game of my choice*.
*The game must not be over 59.99 before taxes. (i.e. Regular games only. No Bundles[i.e.Rock Band, Guitar Hero] or Special Edition games.
Those are the conditional conditions. Since the game does not come out until I am back, we can iron out the details and then have a signed agreement. I want this thing as legitimate as possible because I have a feeling you yahoos are going to try to undermine me as much as possible, just to see me fail. I therefore want to make this agreement as airtight as possible. Too much is at stake.

fuck you on the COD2, it has to be a game you are addicted too like MBE is to Madden. And as for diarrhoea, that is how Microsoft Word says it is spelled. A quick check to dictionary.com states that is incorrect. In word it says diarrhea is wrong, even though if you look it up on their dictionary it is right and it cant find an entry for diarrhoea. So don't kill the messenger, kill Microsoft.
Riley is more addicted to Madden than I am. I think he probably put in upwards of 500 hours this year. Remember how bad he was when 08 first came out? Now he's a Madden Challenge champ. So don't tell me I'm addicted. Jerk
Just because don't play it as often as Riley does not mean you are not addicted. And no I don't remember how bad he was because, he probably still kicked my ass. I will never understand Madden, or why it is so appealing. But I may enter next years madden challenge just for shits and giggles. I could use a new shirt.
